To become a member at this level, you must be an Eagle Scout and a Brother or Alumni of Alpha Phi Omega. If you are not an Eagle Scout, you can join at the Supporter level. One pin with a blue torch will be sent to you after you become a member. The yellow pin can be purchased on the pins page.
