On Saturday, April 27, 2024, APO Eagles attended the Order of the Arrow Section E9 Conclave at Pipsico Scout Reservation (Tidewater Council; Spring Grove, VA), for an Alpha Phi Omega and APO Eagles booth. APO Eagles Vice President & Fundraising Chair John Conover, Jr. met nearly 100 youth Scouts, discussed starting APO Chapters at two different colleges, and welcomed three new APO Eagles members. He said that it was a GREAT day for APO!
John’s experience has been that OA events are attended by youth Scouts closer to college age, than trade-o-rees or even the National Scout Jamboree. For this reason, APO Eagles looks forward to NOAC 2024 at UC Boulder.
